If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ll do our best to make it right
💻 Products & Digital Purchases
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on digital purchases, including e-books and online materials.
If you’re not fully satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.
🏋️ Coaching Sessions, Classes & Events
Because coaching and classes require scheduled time and limited spots, we can’t offer refunds once a session has been rendered or completed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your upcoming session:
- Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice before the start time.
- Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled at no charge.
- Missed sessions or late cancellations (under 24 hours) are non-refundable.
- Reschedules for missed sessions must be made within 30 days unless you purchased a fitness package that includes sessions that go beyond 4 weeks.
We know life happens — if there’s an emergency, please reach out. We’ll review on a case-by-case basis and do our best to help.

- Refunds (for eligible products) are processed within 3–5 business days once approved.
🕐 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

- Then contact us so we can verify the transaction.
