If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ll do our best to make it right

💻 Products & Digital Purchases

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on digital purchases, including e-books and online materials.
If you’re not fully satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.


🏋️ Coaching Sessions, Classes & Events

Because coaching and classes require scheduled time and limited spots, we can’t offer refunds once a session has been rendered or completed.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your upcoming session:

  • Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice before the start time.
  • Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled at no charge.
  • Missed sessions or late cancellations (under 24 hours) are non-refundable.
  • Reschedules for missed sessions must be made within 30 days unless you purchased a fitness package that includes sessions that go beyond 4 weeks.

We know life happens — if there’s an emergency, please reach out. We’ll review on a case-by-case basis and do our best to help.

  2. Include your order number, email, or full name associated with the purchase.
  3. Refunds (for eligible products) are processed within 3–5 business days once approved.

🕐 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider.
  • Then contact us so we can verify the transaction.
